Merchants' National Properties
Merchants' National Properties was incorporated on December 3, 1928 — acquiring its first seventeen properties that same year.

MNP acquires Marx Realty
Merchants' National Properties acquired Marx Realty as its management, leasing, and development subsidiary — creating a vertically integrated platform.
