Marx Realty has begun construction on a major retail expansion and four-acre park at Cross County Center in Yonkers, N.Y.
The project adds 58,000 square feet of retail space and new green space to the 1.15 million-square-foot open-air center, which serves more than 11 million visitors annually at the junction of the Cross County Parkway and I-87.
